Most pieces in the Matchday Culture archive are pre-owned, vintage or one-off football shirts. Each piece is photographed, measured and described before being listed.

14-day return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it.

After contacting us, the item must be sent back without undue delay and within 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to return it.
Return condition
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received.
Items must not be worn beyond trying them on, washed, altered, damaged, stained or used after delivery.
Because most pieces are pre-owned, vintage or archive items, all original tags, packaging, labels or accessories included with the item must also be returned whenever applicable.
If an item is returned with signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and fit, a deduction may be made from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect, faulty or not as described.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
Matchday Culture is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, damaged or delayed before reaching us.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds include the price paid for the returned item and the standard initial shipping cost, where applicable under consumer law.
Additional shipping upgrades, if selected by the customer, may not be refunded.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to make the refund visible in your account.
Incorrect, faulty or not as described items
Every piece is reviewed, photographed and described before being listed.
If you receive an incorrect item, or if you believe the item is faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If the item is confirmed to be incorrect, faulty or not as described, return shipping costs will be covered by Matchday Culture.
Pre-owned and vintage condition
Most pieces in the archive are not new.
Signs of age, wear, fading, cracking, small pulls, marks or other imperfections may be present and will be described or photographed whenever relevant.
These signs are part of the condition of the piece and do not qualify as faults if they were clearly shown or described before purchase.
Exchanges
Most shirts in the archive are single pieces.
This means exchanges are usually not possible, because we may not have the same shirt in another size, condition or version.
If you are unsure about size or fit, please check the product measurements carefully or contact us before purchasing.
Authenticity concerns
Matchday Culture only sells original football shirts.
If new information raises a serious authenticity concern after purchase, contact us with your order number and any relevant details.
We will review the case carefully and deal with it directly.
Items returned without contacting us

Items returned without prior contact may take longer to process and may not be accepted if they do not meet the return conditions.
